Looks like Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are making some moves.
The couple—who recently marked their second wedding anniversary—both finalized real estate transactions on July 24, Jennifer's 55th birthday, according to multiple outlets.
Ben, 51, closed escrow on a five-bedroom estate in Los Angeles, which he purchased for $20.5 million, while Jennifer, finalized the sale of her four-bedroom New York City penthouse for $23 million.
E! News has reached out to reps for Ben and Jen, but has not heard back.
The news of the sales comes less than a month after the duo officially listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million after purchasing the 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom estate together in 2023.
But selling her NYC condo wasn't the only way the "Waiting For Tonight" singer celebrated her birthday, as she also threw an extravagant Bridgerton-themed bash in the Hamptons.
Jennifer—who shares 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex Marc Anthony—gave her fans a look at the elaborate event with a video montage, writing on Instagram July 24, "And a splendid evening was had by all."
The video featured a string quartet, Regency-era dance floor and Jennifer—donning an embroidered ballgown—holding court on a gilded throne.
The Wedding Planner star ended the evening with a musical performance for her friends and family. Not in attendance at the party, however, was Ben, who was instead on the opposite coast.
But even as rumors have swirled about the couple's marital status, Jennifer has proved that her bond with Ben's children—Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, who he co-parents with ex Jennifer Garner—is strong, posting a video from the Hamptons and panning to the backseat where Violet and her friend Cassidey were seated.
The "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer has also made it clear that she's choosing to block out the hate, writing in her OnTheJLo newsletter in June, "Don't let the voices of a few drown out that there is soooo much love out there."
